As a San Diego Personal Trainer, I offer my services to accommodate my client’s wants.  I can help clients with weight loss, gaining muscle mass, and everything in between.  When I first meet with a personal training client, they will tell me what their fitness goals are.  We will go over their medical history, review past injuries, daily eating habits, and past workout experience.  I will then assess the client for postural deficiencies.  Most San Diego personal trainers will charge you for this service, I include it for free…I believe a session involves the client working, not just talking. As a trusted San Diego Personal Trainer, I work with many different clients to help them reach their goals!   • Personal Training Sessions are 60 minutes (includes stretching)
  • ​Nutritional guidance is included with any package including 10 or more sessions
  • ​Every client will have a customized workout, no two clients will have the same workout
  • Can meet client at their home, a park, or studio that I train at.
My prices for 1 on 1 training: Duration
1 session: $125
​5 sessions: $110 per session: $550 2 weeks
10 sessions: $100 per session: $1,000 2-3 weeks
15 sessions: $85 per session: $1,275 3-4 weeks
25 sessions: $75 per session: $1,875 6-8 weeks
50 sessions: $60 per session: $3,000 (Best Value) 3-5 months
